Introducing Leon Georgoulias, the dedicated coach of our Academy. Born and raised in North London, UK, soccer has been a lifelong passion for me. I played throughout my school years and for an amateur soccer club, which ignited my love for the game. With several years of coaching experience under my belt, I am committed to nurturing young talent at the club level. I founded the Crushers FC Academy to provide additional soccer opportunities for my two daughters and the children in our community, including activities such as winter indoor leagues, summer small-sided tournaments, private 1 on 1 sessions and group soccer clinics. My approach not only focuses on developing technical soccer skills and ball control but also emphasizes essential life skills like teamwork, confidence building, and decision-making. I strive to instill values of commitment, respect, and punctuality in every player, encouraging them to learn and grow both on and off the field. Above all, my goal is to help each child improve in this beautiful game while having fun along the way. This is something I do outside of my regular coaching job for my Club Mass City FC.
